More features

Customise your logo and receipt

Show your brand on the device and the receipt.

Step by step
  1. In the portal, open the “Logo” section under Device Configuration.
  2. Use “Change logo” to pick your file: it needs a solid background, or it won’t print correctly.
  3. Choose whether the logo applies to this terminal, the whole location or the entire customer account.
  4. Under “Receipt text”, add a header below the address details and a footer at the end of the receipt.
  5. Save the configuration. The terminal applies the change after about a minute.

Support & release notes

Create tickets and discover what's new.

Step by step
  1. In the portal, open the “Support” section and create a new ticket.
  2. Describe your issue as precisely as possible: the more detail, the faster the answer.
  3. Attach extra information or files if needed.
  4. Once sent, the ticket goes straight to our support team and you are kept informed.
  5. The release notes in the same section list the improvements, new features and bug fixes in each version.

Transactions at a glance

Keep transactions and revenue under control.

Step by step
  1. The dashboard shows total sales for the selected period.
  2. Use the filter to narrow the view to today, this week, this month or a custom period.
  3. The overview gives the number of transactions, the total tips and the average amount.
  4. Hover over the chart to see how your sales split across payment methods.
  5. Below that, recent transactions show the tip share; the green “Success” status confirms the payment.

Enable tipping

Set up tips for your business.

Step by step
  1. In the portal, open the “Tipping” section under Device Configuration.
  2. Choose whether the feature applies to this terminal, the whole location or all your terminals.
  3. Switch it on with the toggle on the right and set up to five percentages, for example 5, 10, 15 and 20.
  4. Save the configuration. The terminal applies the setting after about a minute.
  5. The suggestions appear during payment, and a customer who does not want to tip can skip them.
